Why Am I getting this notification?
- IntelyCare is constantly auditing its records to make sure that all working IPs have up-to-date credentials and documentation, especially as state and federal guidelines evolve. You are one of many who were found to have a non-compliant I9. It's nothing that you did wrong, but we need to get you updated so you can continue working
Am I in trouble with the government?
- Absolutely not. It is IntelyCare’s responsibility to have a valid I9 on file for each of its employees but only you can complete the form.
Will this affect the shifts I have accepted?
- We know you are busy and so we are giving you 30 days to complete a new I9. Nothing will change with shifts already accepted. But you will not be able to accept any shifts that start later than 30 days from the day you received your email notification. So get started now. It should only take you a few minutes to complete your section and a few minutes to meet with someone to review your documents.
What if I don’t get it done in time?
- If you do not complete the I9 process within 30 days of receiving the notice, you will not be able to pick up any new shifts. If you open the app, your only option will be to complete the I9 flow. Once that is done, you will be able to see and accept shifts as usual.
