Does IntelyCare Process Work License Renewal?

Healthcare providers are required to renew their work licenses regularly.  IntelyCare only helps with Work License renewals for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and only in certain states.

Requirements

• You must be from  Massachusetts, Illinois, Connecticut, North Carolina, and Ohio; for all other states, you must go through your state board.
• You must complete at least one full 8-hour shift before you can request to have your license renewed through us.
• If your account has been deactivated, we can still help you process your license renewal as long as it is within 2 years from your last shift worked with us.

Timeframe

• Massachusetts: 3-5 days
• Connecticut: 5-7 days
• Ohio: 5-7 days
• Illinois: 3-5 days
• North Carolina: 7-10 days
