American Worker Insurance FAQ

Intelycare offers Health Insurance for IntelyPros seeking coverage. We have both professional and general liability(malpractice) insurance. The American Worker Insurance is one of IntelyPro's options for health, vision, and dental insurance.  

The American Worker Insurance offers a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) plan to IntelyPros.

Any and all inquiries for this program should be referred to The American Worker Insurance at 866-866-3424. They are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST. The American Worker Insurance is the administrator of the program, and Intelycare will not be able to assist you directly.  If your question is not answered below, please reach out to them directly.

Who is eligible for American Worker Insurance?

• Newly activated Intelypros who have completed five shifts are eligible. 
• You will need to sign up within 30 days of completing your 5th shift.  If you miss the open enrollment period, you will not be able to sign up until the next open enrollment period, which is typically the beginning of the following year or following a qualifying event.

How To Enroll

You can enroll online at www.TheAmericanWorker.com anytime or by calling [phone] Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm ET.

Online login instructions:

1. Visit TheAmericanWorker.com and click “Login and Enroll” at the top of the page.  From there, select "Register & Enroll".
2. You will need to create an account before enrolling.  Select “New User?” and fill out the needed information.  You will need to sign up with your SSN and date of birth.  An employee ID is not needed to sign up with American Worker Insurance. If you do come across this while signing up, you can leave it blank.
3. Click “Continue,” and you will be able to view the enrollment guide and enroll.
