Delaware Background Check

The process for getting your background check run in the state of Delaware is below.  If you have any questions on the process, please email [e-mail].

What is the process?

1. You will sign your background check release form during the onboarding process.
2. Our credentialing team will verify your information in the state's background check system and send you an email detailing what you will need to do next.  This will be different from person to person.

How long will it take to get my results?

In some cases, our credentialing team will need to process service letters with your prior employers.  If this happens, it can take up to 60 days to get results.

What if my results take longer to come back?

Please email [e-mail] if there are any delays based on the contents of the email they sent you after you signed your release form.
