Florida Background Check

The process for getting your background check run in the state of Florida is below.  If you have any questions on the process, please email [e-mail].

What is the process?

1. You will sign your background check release form during the onboarding process.
2. The background check will be run automatically when you accept your first shift.

How long will it take to get my results?

The background check results usually come in within 1-3 days, but occasionally take longer.  To make sure we have time to get the results, you will need to accept your first shift at least 4 days in advance.

What if my results take longer to come back?

If your results do not return in time, you will be automatically removed from your shift.  This usually happens if you have not been fingerprinted in the past for any other medical role in Florida.  Please email [e-mail] if this happens, they will be able to assist you with any needed fingerprinting.
