Pennsylvania Background Check

The process for getting your background check run in the state of Pennsylvania is below.  If you have any questions on the process, please email [e-mail].

What is the process?

1. You will sign your background check release form during the onboarding process.
2. You will then be asked in the app if you have lived in Pennsylvania for 2 years or more.  This will determine if you need fingerprints.
3. If you have not lived in PA for 2 years, you will need to be fingerprinted.  Please reach out to [e-mail] or give us a call if this happens.
4. You will not need to be fingerprinted if you have lived in PA for 2 or more years.  Your background check will run automatically when you accept your first shift.

How long will it take to get my results?

If you have to be fingerprinted, the results usually take around 30 days to come back.

If fingerprints were not needed, the results usually come back within 3 days.  To make sure we have time to get the results, you will need to accept your first shift at least 4 days in advance.

What if my results take longer to come back?

Please email [e-mail] if it has been more than 30 days since you were fingerprinted and your results are not in the app.

If you did not require fingerprints and your results do not return in time, you will be automatically removed from your shift.  Please email [e-mail] if this happens.
