What is the process?
- You will sign your background check release form during the onboarding process.
- Accepting your first shift will prompt our onboarding team to send you an email with further information on how to get your fingerprinting done.
How long will it take to get my results?
You can start working while your background check is processed, but may be placed on hold if you do not get fingerprinted. The results can take up to 30 days to come back, but most come back earlier.
What if my results take longer to come back?
Please email credentialing@intelycare.com if there are any delays in your fingerprints.
