Virginia Background Check

The process for getting your background check run in the state of Virginia is below.  If you have any questions on the process, please email [e-mail].

What is the process?

1. You will sign your background check release form during the onboarding process.
2. Once the release form has been signed, your background check will be run internally by our onboarding team.

How long will it take to get my results?

Results will be sent directly to IntelyCare and usually come back within 2 weeks.

What if my results take longer to come back?

Please email [e-mail] if it has been more than 2 weeks since you signed your release form.
