How are pay rates decided?

Intelycare uses a rate-by-shift system where each individual shift has its own rate.  Rates vary based on factors such as day of the week, facility, shift time, and any bonuses applied to the shift. IntelyCare does not compensate for mileage or other travel fees.

You can use the app's filter setting to set the minimum rate you want to see. Note that high rate requirements will limit the shifts you see.

All rates are set when the facility requests the shift.  In some cases, facilities may also offer a bonus, which will be marked as "Facility Bonus" above the final rate in the App.  Once a shift has been accepted, the rate cannot be changed.
