The timeframe in which you can accept shifts after your account is activated depends on the state you are licensed in. This is because background checks are run after activation, and differences in state law affect how quickly we receive your background check results.

Some facilities may have additional requirements to upload in the app before accepting shifts. Shifts will be locked. Simply tap to unlock the shift, and it will inform you of the required document.
