There are two methods available to make revisions to check-in or check-out times.
NOTE: This is only applicable for post-acute shifts. There is a different handling for acute shifts as most of the timecards are entered manually.
- The facility staff has the ability to modify the time punches during the check-in or check-out process.
- You can do an on-shift revision before your shift ends.
- If you revise a check-in or check-out, you will be unable to manually revise your shift later. If possible, you should have the facility sign off on revisions when you check in or check out.
- All revisions filed by Sunday 23:59 EST will be eligible for review and payout the following Friday.
- Changes to check-in and check-out times require approval and may impact DailyPay funds transfer availability.
Changing check-in and out times at the facility
- Locate the shift from the My Shift tab of the IntelyCare Mobile App.
- Select the details of the relevant shift to open the check-in screen.
- Select check-in (or check-out) and enter your PIN.
- Find a nursing supervisor at the facility who can check you into the shift.
- Select Continue
- The facility staff member can select the blue text next to the check-in or out to edit the clock-in or out time.
- The facility staff member can enter the new check-in or check-out time from the scrolling menu. There will also be an option to adjust meal times at check-out.
- The facility staff member then selects the Update button.
- The staff member can then enter their name.
- A review screen will appear for the facility staff to finalize the check-in or check-out. Never check yourself check-in or check-out. Doing so can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
- After you have reviewed the times and the facility has signed off on them, you will need to check the box verifying you have approved the times listed. You will be asked for your PIN to verify that you are the one checking the box.
- Finally, select "Check Out" to finish the shift!
