This article covers general fixes for issues with the IntelyCare app. While some problems may be bugs in the software or a problem with your account, many issues can be resolved with the following steps.

Log out and Back In
- Logging out of the app and back in resets your session, which can solve loading issues.
- You can find the Log Out option in the menu. Once you've logged out, you can login with your like normal.

Check for WiFi Connection
- Because the IntelyCare app needs to connect to our database of shifts, you will need cell service or a WiFi connection to use it. If there is no signal, connecting to WiFi may resolve connection issues.
Check for App Updates
- When bugs are detected, our tech team works quickly to resolve them. However, for these fixes to take effect, you will need to update your app.
- Not all app updates are required, so checking for optional updates may resolve your issue.
Delete and Reinstall the App
- If you are unable to install a required update or have been unable to resolve your app issues using any of the other methods on this page, deleting and reinstalling the app may solve the problem.
