Sick time is offered to IntelyPros where required by state or county law. The list below covers what states currently provide sick time. States in red only offer sick time in some cities/counties. Areas not on this list do not currently offer sick time.

- Pennsylvania
- Rhode Island
IMPORTANT: Unused sick time by the end of the year is not eligible for cash out; however, some states allow unused sick time to be carried over to the next year.
If sick time is available in your area, you will need to contact IntelyCare directly to use it for any reason. Please email us at careteam@intelycare.com or utilize our IntelyCare in-app chat feature for immediate assistance with those requests.
Please note that sick time works on an accrual system. Payroll must confirm how many hours you have accumulated before they can be applied to your shift.
