The Timecards tab provides the facility the option to review and dispute any shifts that have been worked at their facility. A major benefit of this page is increasing transparency regarding IntelyPro check-in/out, revisions, and billing.

Accessing the Timecard Tab
- To access the Timecard page, the facility will need to select the tab from the top of their HUB.
- This will open a list of shifts from currently open pay weeks. Shifts that have already gone through to payroll will not be shown. The facility will have until 11:59 pm on the Monday following the pay period to approve or dispute revisions. If they don't touch them, they will be automatically approved as long as operations has approved them.
Shift Statuses
- The Timecard page uses a simplified list of shift statuses. The statuses displayed here are different than the ones in the internal HUB used by operations.
- The facility will be able to filter the shifts by four statuses.
- Approved: A shift that was revised with times that the facility has already approved.
- Disputed: A shift that was revised with time that the facility has claimed are inaccurate or fraudulent.
- Revised: A shift that was revised that the facility has not yet approved or disputed. This includes shifts that have been approved by operations (pending approval on the hub) and those that have not (revised on the hub). If the facility approves a revision, operations will not need to approve it.
- Pending Invoice: A "normal" shift with a check-in, check out, and no revision.
Finding a Shift
- Shifts will show with the basic information on the shift (assigned IntelyPro, date, license type) as well as the original checkin/out times and the revised times. The facility can browse these to find any specific shift they need.
- Shifts can be searched for by IntelyPro from the search bar above filters.
Approving a Revision
- Regardless of if operations or the facility approves the shift, it will become available for DailyPay. However, if it is disputed by the facility after operations approves it, it will not longer be available and may result in a negative DailyPay balance if the IntelyPro already took funds out.
- If a facility approves a revision, it will not need to be approved by operations.
Approving a Single Revision
If a facility needs to approve one shift at a time, their representative can follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the shift the facility wants to approve and click on the "Action" button. This will allow them to choose "Approve Shift".
- This should automatically change the shift status to approved. If the facility would like to see more details on the shift first, their representative can choose "View/Edit Shift Details".
- If the facility marks a shift as approved by accident, their representatives can use the same menu and choose "UnApprove Shift". This will change the status back to revised or pending approval, depending on if operations has approved the revision or not.
Approving Multiple Revisions
If a facility needs to approve multiple revisions at once, their representative can follow the steps below.
- The facility will be able to select multiple shifts to approve at the same time by checking off boxes next to each shift. Check boxes for shifts that have already been disputed will be greyed out, as they cannot be approved.
- Once the shifts are approved, the facility will be able to click the "Approve" button next to filters to approve the shifts.
- If the facility marks a shift as approved by accident, their representatives can use the same menu and choose "UnApprove Shift". This will change the status back to revised or pending approval, depending on if operations has approved the revision or not.
Disputing a Revision
If a facility needs to dispute the times on a shift, their representative can follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the shift the facility wants to dispute and click on the "Action" button. This will allow them to choose "View/Edit Shift Details".
- This will pull up the shift details screen, including basic details for the IntelyPro.
- Select the "Timecard" tab to see details on the shift's revisions.
- Choose "Edit Details" at the bottom of the box to dispute the times.
- This will pull up a screen where the facility can choose the IntelyPro's actual times.
- The facility can change the time of the check in or out by selecting the clock icon (
).
- The facility can change the date of the check in or out by selecting the calendar icon (
).
- Meal breaks can only be edited to show the number of minutes the IntelyPro was on their meal break.
- Once all three times are correct, the facility will click the "Submit" button to finalize the dispute. Their disputed times will then be sent to IntelyCare for review. The revisions team will be able to view these disputes with the rest of the unapproved revisions.
