Accepting a Shift

Accepting your first shift is an exciting step for new IntelyPros!  To make the process easy, you can follow the steps below. 

How to Accept a Shift

1. When you open your app, you will automatically be placed on the For You page to view available shifts.
   
2. From here, select a shift you are interested in.  This will pull up details on the shift to help you decide if you want to pick it up.
   
3. Clicking 'Accept' will prompt you to enter your PIN or use your face ID to verify your identity.
   
4. If a double shift is available at this facility, a message will pop up asking if you are interested.  You can either accept both shifts or just the one you were initially interested in.
   
5. You will then be asked a final time to confirm that you want to accept the shift.
   
6. Once the shift has been accepted, you will be taken to a confirmation screen with the final details.
   
7. To view the shifts you have accepted, you can access the "My Shifts" tab at the bottom of the app.
