What is the Premier Rate?
We are launching a new “Premier” rate for eligible IntelyPros who maintain a Q-Score of 950+ and work 5+ shifts per month on time. The Premier Rate is an additional $1.25 (RN/LPN) or $.65 (CNA/CMT) hourly rate increase. This will be applied to all accepted shifts after eligibility is earned.
Please note that the IntelyLevel Platinum Bonus will be replaced with the Premier Quality Score increased rate. For a refresher on the Quality Score, please refer to Quality Score.
How do I become eligible?
You must meet two criteria to be eligible for the Premier Rate
- Have a Q-Score of 950+ (in the new Premier range)
- Complete 5+ shifts each month and be on time, as Tardy shifts will not count toward your eligibility for the Premier rate.
Eligibility is earned/maintained on a month-to-month basis. Once eligible, you will receive the Premier rate for each of the following shifts completed in that same month, as well as for each shift completed in the following month. There is no limit on how many shifts you can earn the Premier increased rate.
How do I lose my Premier Rate eligibility?
There are two ways to lose eligibility:
- If your Q-Score drops below 950, you will lose access to Premier Rates. Any Premier Rate on already-accepted shifts will be forfeited, and you will no longer see a rate increase of$1.25 for RN/LPN and $.65 for CNA/CMT shifts in the mobile app.
- If you fail to work 5 shifts in a month, you will maintain your Premier Rate access for the current month, but you will lose Premier Rate access for the following month.
Where can I view my progress towards Premier Rate?
You can track your eligibility in a few locations:
- On the ForYou page, in the header section. It displays # out of 5 shifts completed in the current month.
- Under My Profile page, tap on My Performance tab. On your Performance Summary, you can see how many shifts you have completed that month and whether/not you need to work more and/or increase your Q-Score to be eligible for the Premier Rate.
