Your Quality Score indicates your overall reliability and ability to deliver consistent patient care. The Quality Score intervention campaign aims to help you keep track of your performance.
An email and a pendo message will be sent to you to remind you that your Quality score has decreased and some tips on how your shift activity affects your Quality score.
- First intervention - We are reaching out to tell you that your Quality score has decreased.
- Second Intervention- We are contacting you to tell you that your Quality score has dropped into the " At Risk " level.
- Third intervention- Quality Score is still in the "At Risk" level. A ticket will be created. The Quality team will reach out to discuss your Quality score.
- Fourth intervention- Your Quality score has not improved and remains at "At Risk" level. The Quality team will contact you to discuss your Quality score and future employment.
