How Do I Update My Contact Information?

Updating your contact information in the App is necessary. We use it to notify you about upcoming shifts, personalized shift recommendations, and new work opportunities. Make sure this information is up to date so that we can reach you!

Follow the steps below to update your phone number and email address.

1. Log in to your IntelyCare App.
2. Tap the 'Profile Tab' on the screen's lower right-hand corner.
   
3. Tap on the pencil icon on the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
   
4. It will show your personal information screen. Tap on 'Update Contact Information'.
   

• Update Contact Information screen will appear. You can update your phone number and email address here. Once you're done updating the information, tap on 'SAVE.'
