I can't pick up my first shift even though everything has been completed. I get a message that says someone needs to talk to me first. I've been calling the number for days and leaving messages, but no one calls me back. So many facilities are needing help so I'm beginning to think this company isn't for real if it can just let shifts just hang out there. I guess it's time to start over with another agency.
