If your App shows nothing or you see only a limited number of shifts, it might be because the current filter settings are too restrictive. To resolve this issue, try adjusting your filters. The shifts shown on the explore page of your App can be filtered by the following criteria:
- Minimum Rate (up to $60)
- Maximum travel distance (up to 100 miles)
- Shift day
- Shift Time
- Facilities
- Eligible license state
Please keep in mind that the more narrow you set your filters, the fewer shifts you will see. If you don't see any shifts, you should start by adjusting your filters.
To adjust your filters:
Clinicians can now view active filters without needing to open the full filter screen. Quick filters enable faster navigation and show how many shifts are returned with different selections.
- Filter shifts by minimum rate.
- Filter shifts by distance.
- Filter shifts by date.
- Search directly within the facility section of the filters.
- Search shifts by active license.
- You can adjust/reset the filters at once by tapping the preset filter button as shown below.
Sorting
- You can also sort shifts by recommended, date, pay rate, distance, and recently posted.
Saved Searches
You can save your preferred shift search filters (e.g., location, time of day, days, facilities) and receive push notifications when new shifts match their criteria.
- Tap on Save Search.
- Make sure that you add filters to get relevant notifications. If you did not select a filter, you will be notified of every posted shift.
- Name your search. Give your search a memorable name so you can easily identify it later, then tap SAVE SEARCH. Note that your Quality Score will still influence shift visibility.
- You can also save a search when you open the full filters screen. Select filters and then name that search.
- You will get push notifications when new shifts are posted that match these filters.
- To view your saved searches, tap on the ♡ icon beside the explore page. You can save up to 5 searches. To save an additional search beyond this limit, you will need to delete one of your previously saved searches to make room for the new one.
- You can manage each individual saved search, pause or delete notifications, and quickly apply saved filters to discover relevant shifts more efficiently.
- If you do not want to get push notifications for shifts matching your saved searches, you can turn them off under general notifications.
- If you turn on push notifications, you will be notified when a shift that matches your saved search criteria is requested.
Just tap on the notification, and it will link you to the available shifts that match your saved search criteria. The new ones will be highlighted since you last saw that page.
