What is a DNR?
DNR stands for "Do Not Return" and is a list kept for each facility of which IntelyPros they do not want to return to their facility. Under no circumstances should you contact the facility to discuss a DNR. Contact IntelyCare directly if you have questions.
- While a Facility can request an IntelyPro not return for any reason, most DNRs are due to performance issues. Our Quality and Performance team will reach out to you to discuss your performance as needed.
- If a DNR is due to a conflict of interest, such as having been previously employed at the facility or having a relative on the facility staff, it will not be held against your performance history.
- The Quality and Performance department receives alerts whenever someone is added to a DNR list. They will then investigate the issue and follow-up with you.
- DNRs for minor incidents usually result in reeducation, but multiple DNRs could result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
How will I know if I receive a DNR?
- If you have received a DNR, you will be informed via email or by a direct phone call by our Quality Team.
- After being added to a DNR list, you will no longer see upcoming shifts at that facility. You will still receive payment for any shifts you have already worked.
