What is IntelyEdu?

IntelyCare’s Education Department provides training, education, and professional development for healthcare professionals, focusing on nurses and nursing assistants. We offer a variety of learning resources, including webinars, online modules, and educational content aimed at improving both clinical and operational skills. We prioritize compliance with healthcare standards while delivering excellent patient and resident care.

Most of our course library features ANCC-approved continuing education (CE) with Nurse Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) contact hours, ensuring nurses fulfill their continuing education requirements while advancing their skills and expertise.

IntelyCare offers affordable education to the broader nursing community through our IntelyEdu platform. IntelyPros enjoy free access to most of IntelyCare’s course library via the IntelyCare App, allowing them to advance their careers and stay current with the latest healthcare practices—at no cost. 

How Do Non-IntelyPros Access IntelyEdu?

• New Users (Non-Intelypro) – can sign up at https://edu.intelycare.com/users/sign_up.
• Existing Users (Non-Intelypro)- can sign in at https://edu.intelycare.com/users/sign_in.

How Does IntelyPros Access IntelyEdu?

You may access your free education courses in two (2) ways:

• Through the IntelyCare APP.
• Through the  IntelyPro-Education website: https://intelyproeducation.thinkific.com

Access via the IntelyCare APP.

• Navigate under Trainings and Courses and select the specific course to take.
  
  

Access via the IntelyPro-Education Website.

• Log in to Intely Pro-Education using this link: https://intelyproeducation.thinkific.com/ 
• Use the same email and password as you do for the IntelyCare APP. 

How to Reset Thinkific Password?

1. On the login screen, select “Forget Password?”.
    

1.  Enter your email address associated with your account and click “Submit”.
    

1. Check your email for the password reset link from “[e-mail]” with the subject “Reset password instruction.” Sometimes, this may take a few minutes. If you do not receive it, check your Spam folder.
2. Open your email and click on “Change my password.” The password reset link will expire within 1 hour. If it has been more than 1 hour, restart the process by clicking “Forget Password?” again.
   
3. Now enter your new password and click “Change My Password”.
   

Important: If you receive a “Reset Password Token is Invalid" it likely means the reset password link expired or if multiple links were request, this one was not the most recent. Please click "Forget Password" one more time, then wait a few minutes to click the link when you receive it by email.

Access Certificates Via Your Account Profile

• After logging into Thinkific, click on the down arrow on the top right-hand corner of the screen next to your name.
• Then click on “My Account”.
  
• Once you are on the ‘My Account’ Page, click on ”Certificates” on the left-hand side menu.
• Then click on “View “and follow the prompts for each certificate you wish to download.
  

Access Certificates Via the Individual Course

•  After logging into Thinkific, double-click the specific courses under “My courses”.
  
•  Once inside the course, click on “Get Your Certificate” on the top left-hand side of the screen and then follow the prompts to download it.
  

How to Disable Thinkific Notifications?

1.  Click on the "Edit notification settings link" on the bottom of their notification email.
   
2. Login (if prompted).
3. Click on "Send me a weekly reminder email" to deselect it and then click "Save Changes".
   
4. The weekly Thinkific notification emails have now been disabled!
