How much work experience is needed to work with IntelyCare?

All nurses and nursing aides must be licensed in the state where they want to work to be employed with IntelyCare.

• For CNAs, no minimum experience is required as long as you have an active Work License.
• Nurses need at least 6 months of experience, which must be under your current license type.
• To work in a hospital job setting, you need at least one year of experience in your specialty.

License upgrade from CNA to LPN/RN needs at least 6 months of experience under your current license type.
