Welcome to IntelyCare! We’re thrilled to have you on board. Here are the key things you need to know for your first shift.
- We recommend that you arrive fifteen (15) minutes early to the facility so you can find the unit that you’ll be working in and be on time. You’ll find information regarding the unit in your app under the shift details.
- Please remember to wear scrubs, closed-toe shoes, and your name badge.
- You can temporarily use the digital/printable version of your badge until the physical badge arrives. Badges are mailed 1-2 weeks after you accept your first shift.
- We know that sometimes things come up and while we do not have any hourly commitments, we take it seriously when you accept a shift. If you think you will not be able to keep your commitment to that accepted shift, you must let us know as soon as possible. Calling out less than 48 hours before your shift could result in penalties.
- Make sure to check in and check out of your shift from your app. When you accept a double shift, make sure to check in and check out for both shifts. This will ensure you are paid on time. If you do not remember to check in and check out of your shift, you’ll have to go through a revision process, which will likely delay your pay.
- You will receive a personal registration code via email to register with ADP. This will let you add your bank account information to get paid via direct deposit. If you do not input your bank account information on time, you will receive your pay via paper check.
- Our pay period runs from Sunday to Saturday. All shifts worked this week will be paid on Friday of the following week. Remember that Daily Pay will be available after you receive your first pay.
- Upon your arrival at the facility, if you encounter any situations that make you feel unsafe due to the condition of the facility or if you find uncertainties about your scheduled shift, it is important to take action for your well-being. In such cases, please do not hesitate to contact IntelyCare at (617) 971-8344 or reach out via chat and speak with a live agent. Our team is here to support you and ensure that you feel secure and informed during your time at the facility.
