Registering for MyADP

IMPORTANT:  Once you have accepted your first shift, a personalized ADP registration code will be sent to you via email. If you encounter any issues with ADP, please call the ADP Service Center directly at 844-944-4222, Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm EST.

How to Register

NOTE: You must register online from a computer or mobile device to create an ​ADP account.  You can access your ADP information from the IntelyCare mobile app without an account.

1. Before registering, you will need to have accepted your first shift with IntelyCare.  Your information will not be in ADP's system prior to that.
2. To begin your registration, use your internet browser to navigate to my.adp.com.
3. Choose the "Get Started" option.
   
   
4. Select "I have a registration code".  Check your email for your personal registration code.
   
5. Enter the registration code​.
   
6. Click continue.
7. Enter your personal information.  This will allow ADP to locate your information in our payroll system and link it to your login.
   
   
8. ​Click continue.
9. Add your email address and mobile phone number in order to receive account notifications. It is optional to add Backup Contact Information​
   
   
10. Click continue.
11. You will now see your username and be prompted to create a password.  Make sure to write down your username and choose a secure password.
    
12. Click Create your account.
13. Select security questions and answers to protect your account.  These will help you log back in if you ever forget your password.
    
14. Click continue.
15. Your registration is now complete!  You can use your User ID and Password to access MyADP from this link: my.adp.com.
