Badges are mailed between 1-2 weeks after you accept your first shift.
- A temporary digital badge will be available in the app after you accept your first shift. To access this badge:
- Accept a shift
- Access the Menu and select the Badge option
How to request a replacement badge:
If you lose your badge at any point, you can request a new badge in the app.
- Access the My Badge Section of the In-app menu
- Scroll to the "Did you lose your badge option?"
- Select Place Order
- The shipping address will default to the address on file. If you would like to update the shipping address please utilize our IntelyCare in-app chat feature for immediate assistance.
- You cannot request a replacement badge until 14 days after an active order has been started.
