How do I request a drug test?

Drug tests are not a universal requirement to begin work with Intelycare.  Some facilities may require them individually-- shifts at these facilities will be locked until you have obtained a drug test from our partner service, Quest Diagnostics.

To request a drug screen, please follow the steps at the bottom of the page.

Does the drug screen cost anything?

The drug screen will be done at no cost to you.  A code will be provided to you to bring to your appointment so that Quest knows to bill Intelycare. 

How do I get the results?

The drug screen results will be sent directly to Intelycare and uploaded your profile.

How do I request the drug screen in the app?

1. You will first need to select a shift that is locked due to not having a drug screen.  Choose "unlock this shift".
   
2. On the following screen, choose "Drug Screen".
   
3. This will take you to a page where you can request a drug screen.
   
4. After requesting a drug screen, you should receive an email after 24 hours from Quest Diagnostics to the email address you used to sign up for Intelycare.  You can take the code in the email to your nearest Quest Diagnostics location to get your drug screen done.  
5. Please note that the code or the QPassport expires in a few days.  Make sure you request your drug screen when you are ready to get it done.
