Reasons why you cannot accept a shift are as follows:
Locked Shift
When a shift is locked, a missing document or training may be required. Just click the lock icon to see the next steps for unlocking that shift.
Overtime
You will get a message saying "An IntelyPro is not allowed to work more than the allowed for that market." Overtime applies to shifts that are worked when you have accepted 40 hours or more in a week. The IntelyCare system checks your existing scheduled shifts for the entire week, including any overnight shifts from Saturday of the previous week, to determine if accepting another shift would exceed the 40-hour weekly limit. Since overtime is paid on the shifts after you have worked 40 hours, you won’t be able to book additional shifts if the shift that pushes you over 40 hours is at facilities that do not allow overtime. Always check the previous week if you have a shift on a Saturday that runs over to Sunday, as the hours after midnight will be counted toward the current week.
Overlapping
An overlapping error will occur if you attempt to accept a shift that conflicts with a previously accepted shift. This also applies when accepting a double shift with overlapping times.
