The Bulk Shift Acceptance feature is now available on the Explore Page, which opens by default when you launch the app. You’ll see a daily/calendar view—just select a date to check out the available shifts. This update helps you to accept several shifts in bulk, making it easier and more efficient for them to manage their schedules.
How to accept shifts in bulk?
You can select and accept multiple shifts on the Explore page.
Select a date to display the list of available shifts.
In Daily/Calendar view, a green dot is displayed in the date pill to indicate that a shift is selected. A pink dot means a shift is available.
- Toggling between list and calendar view should keep shifts that were already selected. To preview shifts in List view, click All Dates.
- To preview Shifts in Calendar view, click the "Month Year" to expand it.
- Calendar view will be displayed. You will see a pink dot for the dates with available shifts and if there is no indicator under the date that means there is no shift available to pick up.
When you select more than one shift, you should be shown details about which shifts are available and unavailable due to conflicts.
Maximum of 10 shifts for multi-select at a time. If you attempt to select more, a prompt will be displayed that the shift limit has been reached. Deselect a shift to swap it out.
You will see the total est. earnings are added (or subtracted) when you select (or deselect) each shift.
In the summary hover, a carrot can be clicked to expand to show the selected shifts which includes Discipline, Facility Name, Date, Shift Time, and Total earnings.
You can remove selected shifts individually. You can also click “Clear All” to deselect all shifts selected and you will be redirected back into the Explore page.
If you are done reviewing all shifts and ready to accept it, click Accept Selected Shifts to secure all shifts. A prompt will be displayed that you have successfully booked those shifts.
