Block Booking

Block Booking is now available in the Intelycare app!  With block booking, you can schedule multiple shifts at your favorite facilities all in one go!

IMPORTANT: We have discontinued bonuses for Block Booking and BookMe Block Booking schedules in ALL STATES. However, there are other ways that you can earn a bonus on shifts.

Other ways to earn a bonus on shifts: 

• You can earn a bonus through BookMe if one of your favorite facilities requests you through a "BookMe request."
• You can also earn through our referral program. If you know other clinicians interested in working with us, please send them a referral link to apply.
• A new way to earn a bonus based on your work frequency and quality score rating is through Premier Rate.

How do I accept a Block Booking request?

1. On the explore page, you will be able to see a section between normal shifts if there are any Block Booking opportunities in your area!
   
2. If any of the available Blocks looks appealing, you can select it to pull up the basic information on the included shifts.
   
3. By selecting "Review Schedule", you will be taken to a page showing all the shifts that are part of the block booking.
   
4. Some facilities will require you to accept every shift listed to sign up for the Block.  However, other facilities may be willing to accept an offer to work only some of the shifts listed.  If the facility has this turned on, you will be able to select the shifts that you can work.  All shifts will be selected by default, and you will have the option to deselect up to half of them.
   
5. If you selects any shifts to adjust, the following screen will appear to confirm the shifts you CANNOT work.
   
6. You will then be asked to agree to the terms and enter your PIN to confirm your commitment to work the shifts.
   • If the facility has auto-approve on, you will see the following confirmation screen.
     
   • If the facility does NOT have auto-approve on, you will see the following message stating that the facility has received your request to work the Block.  You will receive confirmation within 48 hours.
     

Are all the shift rates in a block the same?

Yes!  The rate that you accept the block at will be the rate for every shift within the block.

Can the facility use Book Me to offer Block Booking?

Yes!  Block Booking offers done through Book Me will appear in both the Block Booking section of the Explore page and in your inbox.

Can the facility cancel shifts from my Block Booking?

If something comes up, yes, facilities can cancel individual shifts out of an accepted block.  Regular cancellation fees will apply if they cancel you last minute.
