A: If you do not renew, you may be locked out of certain shifts. To keep available shifts unlocked and continue working with us, you'll need to complete with the IntelyCare app.

A: Your updated CPR or BLS certification will be reflected as "Approved" in your IntelyCare app within 48 hours of submission, as long as the certification is valid.

- Select “Submit for Review".
Uploaded documents will be reviewed and approved within 24 - 48 hours.

- Respond to IntelyCare quality assurance emails.
