A. Dementia training is available within the IntelyCare app under the Training & Courses section. To access it:
- Select Menu in the top left-hand corner.
- Choose Training & Courses.
- Scroll down to Dementia Training for LTC Facilities.
- Complete the course material and quiz.
Q. What if I already completed dementia training? How do I submit?
A. Great! Email your certification of completion to credentialing@intelycare.com in formats such as.jpg, .png, and .pdf. Do NOT submit .HEIC or large files.
Q. Is dementia training required for IntelyPros?
A. Dementia training is required for Massachusetts (MA) IntelyPros. It is a state requirement for both nurses and CNAs in MA.
Q. What is required for dementia training completion?
A. IntelyPros are required to complete a 4-hour renewal training from the IntelyCcare app.
Q. How do I receive a certificate for dementia training?
A. Once you complete the course and quiz, a PDF document will be automatically uploaded to your profile and approved.

A: If you do not renew, you may be locked out of certain shifts. To keep available shifts unlocked and continue working with us, you'll need to complete the IntelyCare app.

To stay compliant, you should:
- Read and respond to IntelyCare Quality Assurance team emails.
- Review IntelyCare app notifications.
- Schedule renewal courses 5-7 days prior to training expirations.
