As an active IntelyPro, you are required to complete this checklist annually to keep your qualifications up to date. This process helps reflect your growing expertise and ensures compliance with facility requirements.

A. You can complete your Skills Checklist by following the instructions below.
- IntelyCare App: Navigate to the main menu. From the main menu, select “Trainings & Courses.” In Training & Courses, select “Complete Skills Checklist.”
- Via Shift Acceptance: Attempt to accept a locked shift. When you click "Unlock this Shift," you will be prompted to complete the Skills Checklist.
- Via the Explore Page: You can also access the Skills Checklist from the Head Start banner at the top of the Explore page in the app. Once completed, the results are sent to onboarding for approval, which typically takes 24-48 hours.
Q. Why do I need to update my Skills Checklist?
A. Your Skills Checklist must be completed annually to ensure your skills remain up to date. As you gain experience, your competencies evolve, and keeping your records current reflects your growth.
If your Skills Checklist is expired or missing, you will be unable to accept shifts at facilities that require them. Updating these documents on time helps maintain your eligibility for work.

It's okay if you don't have experience in every skill listed—this information helps ensure you're placed in environments that align with your expertise while maintaining flexibility in shift opportunities.

A. You can check the status of your Skills Checklist and Competency Exams in the app. If your documents are approved, you are all set. If they are marked as Missing, Rejected, or Expired, you must update them to continue accepting shifts in certain facilities.
